So i want to try debian but i have a few questions

i want to try debian but the cd i have looks like it's not a live cd but install cd only. is there any way to get a live cd? second if i do decide to install will it just add itself to grub?

You can download the Live CD here:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LiveCD

And the GRUB bootloader will install wherever you want it to. For instance if you have a dual drive you can opt to have it installed on the second drive or you can have it installed into the primary drives MBR.

so if i have a dualboot going with ubuntu and windows will it add an entry for debian if i make it a triboot? im kind of confused downloading live cd now so i can try before installing but if it's really ubuntu but faster it could be great
