More Anarchy Online Problems

Well I've read through all the guides and such, and decided to go the manual patch way instead of using ies4linux. I successfully patched from 11.0 to 17.9.1 (which took 2 hours!) but now I can't patch to 17.10.5, which I need to play the game. I don't know why but when I run the patches under WINE they look like they work but when I open anarchy the version still says 17.9.1 and that I need 17.10.5

Local Version: 17.9.1
Remote Version: 17.10.5

Update: I'm attempting to go the ies4linux route. However, my Anarchy installation is in a separate drive from my Wine installation. I tried to do them on the smaller drive last night because my SATA cord was broken and didn't read a second drive, but it wouldn't fit. (my smaller drive is full) This morning I re installed Anarchy onto my bigger drive but now they're on separate drives. Will this have any affect on whether it will run or not? It seems to load the login screen ok but there's still the patch error. I'm not sure how to make ies4linux work with it, the guide is a little advanced for me, which makes me feel... well dumb.
