Hey, I just installed Xubuntu on my Dell Optiplex GX1, and as it's from 1998, the ACPI fails the cutoff from 2000. On startup, I get a message telling me to use 'acpi=force', which I have done already, but I still get the message. I have also added it to all of the entrants on my Grub menu, but still to no avail, I still get the message. What should I do?
