Hi,
After 5 hours trying to figure out MySQL errorno 13, and researching both in this forum and on Google, I decided it was time to seek advice.
I cannot get MySQL to do tasks such as create, access or drop tables even though all the permissions appear to be in order. This appears to be a permissions problem. The Folder owner is mysql.
The permission on the Mysql data files folder is drwxr-xr-x 4 mysql mysql
Isn't that the correct set of permissions?
Can someone help me figure this out?
