Once again, 32 vs 64

I just got a dual core laptop and will be installing ubuntu in it before the day is over. However I have a decision to make: 32 or 64bit? Yes I will play with xen and virtual box in it and want to watch movies and play music in the *******. And do android development. But some of those could be assigned to the virtual clients. any thoughts?

Unless you have a good reason go with 64 bit.
