I'm using Ubuntu server 2.6.15 and just recently installed ethereal. I'm having some display problems though. Whenever I try to start ethereal I get the following message.
(ethereal:14618): Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display:
I have X11 forwarding enabled in putty and am running X server on my windows computer. Any ideas as to why I'm having this problem?
