www.google.com

thats serious, i learned php with google's help, here a tip:

1 - Find something you wanna do in php, i started with a news system with comments, mysql database etc.

2 - After deciding what you wanna do, just google it:

You will find a zillion of tutorials, your problem will be most likely wich one to pick :D

Dude the best way I found was to go on something like bearsahre etc and type in php pdf you should find a load of ebooks that will take you through php thats how i learn new langs/skills :)

I would send you some of mine but i dont think thats stricktly legal :s so you will have to look your self, ones with lots of hosts are normaly good.
