I know that most people here are hard core Ubuntu. However, I really like to use Vector Linux. Vector makes you realize that Ubuntu is slow. (It is Slackware based.)
If I could get wireless drivers that I could use, I would be really happy. I cannot understand why Dell is making the Ubuntu community support their products either. Vector Linux gurus support their own preloaded computers and discs.

I'm not sure what the support request is here.
Are you asking for support with Vector Linux or Ubuntu?
Dell supports its own offerings too, albeit arguably not as well as its Windows computers. This subforum is a gesture on the part of the community to help each other.
However, unlike the System76 subforum, I haven't seen any Dell employees here. Perhaps this is because this forum is now used for any problems with Ubuntu on Dell, not necessarily just for Dells preloaded with Ubuntu.
