Does anyone know the name of the program in the bottom right of that photo? If so, what's it's name and how can I get it?

I agree, conky is better. If interested, this is a good spot to get started with setting up conky: Custom Conky set up (http://linuxowns.wordpress.com/2008/04/04/create-a-custum-conky-setup/)
