Boot Problem (Parallels)

Okay,

So i'm trying to install Ubuntu through Parallels. I've loaded the image, but am having problems booting.

I am displayed with a black screen with the word - BOOT: on it.

After trying booting it normally, it didnt work, it said it needed aspi=force. I then tried booting it with aspi=force, but still it returns errors:

Then, although it says "Loading, Please wait..." it stays on a black screen:

Can someone offer me a solution to this please?
