I have recently bought a Dell Mini 9 in France (French azerty keyboard). When I installed upgrades via the upgrade manager, I lost the default locale of France and it has reverted to USA. I can select the French keyboard via the System /Preferences/Keyboard GUI but only if I delete USA and select the Dell Mini keyboard .. but each time I reboot, the notebook defaults back to USA keyboard. How can I (easily) change default locale back to France, but retain English as the interface language?
