Airplane Manager - Bluetooth

One of the things I've noticed during my various installs / re-installs is that in 8.10 the airplane mager remembers its previous setting when I reboot my Mini 9. In the Dell version of 8.04 it always reverts to both WiFi and Bluetooth being on.

For various reasons I have had to get rid of 8.10 and revert to the Dell 8.04 so does anyone know how to get Airplane Manager to remember its settings. It's a pain to have to remember to switch off bluetooth every time I log on.
