Problem opening .doc files with Word 2003 from nautilus.

I have Office 2003 installed under wine.

If I right-click on a .doc (or .pub, or .xls, or whatever) I can choose to open with wine program loader and it gets stuck at the Word loading screen. If I open word from the main menu, then open the file via its menus, it opens just fine.

Why can't nautilus handle it?

Associate whatever files with the MsWord exe file or maybe 'Wine Windows Program Loader'. Right click the file(doc,etc)->Properties->Open With.
