need to find twisted 1.3 package

Hello,

I'm new to ubuntu and its packaging system. I need an old version (1.3) of python-twisted - the 2.0 version doesn't seem to work for me (using selenium). Where can I find it? In general, how do I find out about the variuos package repositories? - so I won't have to keep asking here :-)
