Acutally if you follow this (And backup your wine stuff should it fail), [ http://osu.ppy.sh/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=14614 ] you will have a chance at it working.

It hasn't ran correctly on my machine yet and gives me r6034 errors about missing files for .net2.0, but that hasn't stopped me yet from trying!

I do know as soon as Peppy uses Mono and works on OpenGL support, things will get easier for us penguin users.
