Ubu has worked great for me, just seem to have an odd problem networking wise.

I just upgraded to Intrepid, I have a Untangle box that is running a DHCP server and my computers get their network addresses from that.

It seems that if I power down my box and bring it back up the network connection cannot get the DHCP address from Untangle (network connection not found.)

If I power off my Insprion box a couple of times (wala!) it then just works.

A maybe bug?

Or just something that could be going on with Untangle?

Note:

My Untangle box internal connection is connected into a 5 port switch, my computers are plugged into that. (External connects to my DSL modem/router)

This is going to sound like a dumb idea, but try leaving the computer off for about 2 minutes (a full 120 seconds, by the clock). See if it picks up the DHCP when you turn it back on.
