Short answer NO you're safe.
I've already left an extensive reply to another thread you have with this question in it and won't repeat it here.

Long answer, you would only be vulnerable if you do about a half dozen really stupid things with Wine, starting with giving it access to the root directory and using sudo or an administrator account to run it.
