Hi all!
Going slowly towards a working sound here. Only slowly.
alsamixer was working fine, but all of a sudden it stopped working.
$ alsamixer
ALSA lib control.c:874:(snd_ctl_open_conf) Cannot open shared library /usr/lib/alsa-lib/libasound_module_ctl_pulse.so
alsamixer: function snd_ctl_open failed for default: No such file or directory
However, this seems to be working:
@ubuntu:~$ aplay -l

I wonder why "alsamixer" alone wouldn't work?
In System->Preferences->Sound->Devices I set everything as PulseAudio Sound Server (it wouldn't work when I put ALSA).
Running alsamixer seems to miss some kind of pulseaudio related stuff, but how could I fix it?
