Installing PowerTOP on Dell Mini 9 Ubuntu.

Hi, I'm not very knowledgeable about any Linux environments, and this one is no different. Does anyone know how to install PowerTOP on it? This is pretty much the only program I'm interested in installing right now. I don't want to mess anything up so I'm hoping you guys can help. I heard that Dell's Ubuntu is different from the normal Ubuntu, which is why I'm skeptical of trying any of the methods that I've searched up. Thanks for your time.

Run synaptic package manager and search powertop. Right click on it and select "Mark for Installation" then click Apply.

You could also just run:
sudo apt-get install powertop

I am always glad to see a new user of GNU/Linux
