I have the latest version of Mythbuntu, and a Dell bluetooth keyboard and mouse (not sure of the model numbers). After researching some of the user posts here i figured out how to pair the keyboard and mouse with mythbuntu using bluetooth-properties...it found them both, they paired, and i could use them normally. however, i need to go through the same ten billion keystrokes after each restart to use my bluetooth gear. how do i get the keyboard and mouse (and other pieces of hardware) to get recognized after a restart? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi,

Strange, I have a Dinovo mini usb keyboard (bluetooth) and it worked "out of the box", I had to train it once and since then it worked whenever I needed it.

Looks as if it's a known problem. Have a look here https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/intrepid/+source/linux/+bug/249448 and http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=6086632&postcount=5

This is an open question to all as well as Mr. Dobson....when the bluetooth gear gets paired in Mythbuntu does a bluetooth icon appear...i keep reading posts about a bluetooth icon appearing when the bluetooth service is started and running but i dont ever see one. I checked to see what services are started in my mythbuntu installation and the Bluetooth service is checked...but i never see any icons on my desktop.
