Hi! First at all, sorry for my poor English!
So, this is the question: how can I broadcast a live webradio show (mic+mp3) from my Ubuntu Hardy Heron box to an existing shoutcast server?
I tried to use IDJC but it's not so good to me. Any suggestions? Thanks

I used to do that about three years ago. There was a command line binary that I got from shoutcast.com (or nullsoft.com, don't remember exactly). It was rather straightforward to use. Teh binary app could use the OSS /dev/dsp and stream whatever incoming audio (mic, basically) to the server. I don't know now, since I lost interest in the whole thing about 3 years ago.

Check the link in my sig for how to broadcast shoutcast with the main program.
I never got on with any of the others (none of them seemed to work for me or required JACK which doesnt like my soundcard and Second Life and Shoutcast running). However, other programs you can use are VLC and Amarok.
