Hi i have 11.1 with kde4 and i'm interested in getting a pen tablet pad for my computer
and Before i get one, which one works from wacom or some other company

to answer your question: best supported tablets in linux are wacom ones.

hi sorry to get you guies messed up but i swicthed back to ubuntu 8.10 and will the tablet i showed will work in ubuntu?

Wacom works out of the box in Ubuntu now (they are one of the few companies that co-operates with Linux development). Some tweaks or adjustments in xorg MAY be required in order to personalize it with your settings. Be apprised that, the last time I checked, the AIR BRUSH attachment still is not working, simply because it is a highly specialized tool and not many have same.
