I hate the info system, but tkinfo makes it usable;).

filezilla, firefox, xsane, gimp, transmission, sabnzbdplus, openoffice, banshee, nerolinux, cellwriter, gedit, gnome-network-manager and some more I'm too tired to mention.

There's a lot of small apps I like better than windows apps (like Brasero) but those three are the ones I use everyday. Pidgins on every windows computer I've ever touched now too.
