Why cant i mark threads as "solved"? Its not under thread tools.

Moved to FFH.
The feature was deactivated some time ago when we were having issues with the database.

I do not know. the Mark Thread Solved and Thank You option were both accessing the database. Deactivating them allowed ubuntu-geek and the Canonical sysadmins to repair and stabilize the system. If there is a solution to turn them back on, I'm sure they will. Both were popular and useful features.
