How do I mark a thread "solved"?

Been trying to figure it out for half an hour now ... I'm sure it's obvious once you see it ...

you can't - that feature has been turned off at the moment

It was obvious once upon a time and probably will be again in the future but for the moment this feature has been removed along with the thanks feature following some issues the forum had with reliability.
