Transmission bittorent says my ratio is a -1.0, but its really a 1.1 ratio.

it doesn't let me download anymore.

I am using Transmission 1.06. I could not upgrade to the new transmission with synatics package manager. Due to using the Dell mini 9's custom version of Ubuntu.

Is there a command-line to fix the correct ratio?
