I can't get the title bar to change

Hi everyone! I tried to change the look of my desktop so it would look like Leopard. The only problem is that I can't get the title bar to look like the Leopard bar. It has a Google Chrome-like appearance right now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
