Is it possibal to export the Mac OS GUI, display manager, desktop environment, what ever you want to call it into Ubuntu?
That would be a first! :KS

You can customize your theme to make it look like a Mac theme.
Install this to get some themes :
$sudo apt-get gnome-themes-extras
And to be able to handpick a lot of nice themes do this :
$sudo apt-get install gnome-art
go to system->preferences->art manager to install all kind of themes
To customize your theme go to system->preferences->theme

It's not possible with GNOME, it doesn't even come close to OS X GUI. If you want to get OS X look-a-like, do "sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop kwin-baghira". Read more and see screenshots at http://baghira.sourceforge.net/.
