virtualbox import

i have a lot of machines i made on virtualbox that i store on an partition. i reformated my OS partition so i still have the virtual machine disks but in my user's profile they are not on the list.

there is no setting in virtualbox to import vm configurations. is there something i need to do to resolve this?

i do this all the time. Just start virtual box then go to file->virtual media manager and add your images. If u have multiply images then u also have to go under the hard disk settings for each virtual os and select the correct disk
