I've seen this in many posts, what does it mean, is he/she banned or something? Or just not logged on for a while?

This means that the user has been banned from the forums :)

"Burnt Beans" is the user title, and "Day Old Decaf" is part of the beans image. Or the other way around, I forgot. But they are both part of the same status.

The title above that image kind of depends on the tool used to ban -- but that's not really important.

It's not that hard to explain ;)

Only admin's can give burnt beans (as far as I'm aware anyway)

Well, there used to be that oh-god-dont-click-this-even-though-it-is-right-next-to-the-thanks-button-and-kind-of-looks-like-it-too button, but now, yeah.

In short, I'm guessing there is a little hidden ban button on my post here that can't be seen by me?

Not anymore, it disappeared with most of the other plugins. (It was a spam button, not really ban.)

Where can I find out how a user gets banned...like what are the rules for that?
