"mark thread as solved" not there

I just went through all the threads I have made and realized your supposed to mark your thread as solved, someone gave me the "please mark thread as solved link to explain, but when I look under tools there is no mark as solved.

Recently there was some instability with the forum. 'Solved' and 'thankyou' have been removed for the time being, until all the coding issues are sorted - not sure when they will be back, if at all.
