ubuntu running in low graphics mode

ubuntu loops from ubuntu running in low graphics mode to a halt and restart
x does not start

what do you need to know and how can fix the graphics and then the net or the net first

how to return to normal life?

Have you ever had a net connection?
I'm assuming it's wireless...
Could you post the output of
lspci

Also, are you able to boot into low graphics mode, or are you saying that it won't?
