The BSD Discussions sub forum does not receive much traffic. I have also seen users requisting a forum for Solaris/Open Solaris and I know this won't happen and I agree with it.
Would it not be more beneficial to groub all the different Unix versions under the BSD forum and change it's name to reflect this?
Currently non-BSD Unixy stuff just floats around in Other OS Talk. This way you can put BSD, Solaris, AIX, Irix, HP-UX etc all under one umbrella. They are 'similair' in nature so it will be appropriate.
The poll is set for seven days and so far only one person voted against it but it was in error as you can see from the comment he posted.
Just an idea I though I would put forward. Not sure about the name though :)
