Server + Webcam......remote access?

I got a server that I can access from anywhere via the IP and it serves up a few websites I have setup. I have a webcam that works with Cheese, how do I set it up so that I can view it from another computer outside my network? Basic home security type stuff......and I know about Zoneminder, a little overkill for what I need right now.

There is a simple program called 'motion' that 'Just Works'. That may be what you need.

I installed Motion and it broke my Flash on my desktop server. Though I just set up a dedicated server (server edition) last night so I'll try installing Motion on that since it doesn't have Flash on it. Thanks.
