I manged to install without receiveing the Black Screen (I had to use a different Monitor; go figure)

Anyway Issues I am currntly having:

Twinhan 1034 Ci Card - How do I enable this. It is not in the list of drop down items. It seems Twinhan is making Software and Drivers for Linux. I have just sent an email to them to see if I can get an ISO image for Installing the Driver/Software for the AD-SP300(1034), AD-TP500
(3056), and AD-SP400 (1041+4046). If they assist me, I will ask for any other products which they have Linux Drivers/Software for. http://www.twinhan.com/product_satellite.asp
Playing a DVD - I placed a DVD movie in the drive and nothing plays
Sound Card - I am not sure if this is working yet (the sound is on motherboard Intel DG965OT

I want to focus on Getting the Picture working for DVB-S and Playing DVD before moving onto the sound.

Any help would be appricated.
Thanks

I have Mythbunto installed. However it does not recognise my TV Card. I have a Twinhan AD-SP300 (1034). This site has Drivers and Softyware for Linux; however, my problem is I cant seem to get MythTV to recognise the Driver.

I also have an Hauppuage HVR-1300 that I am about to put into the HTPC I am building.

Any help would be a appriciated if anyone has any experience configuring a Twinhan or a Hauppuage TV PCI Card.

Thanks in advance for your time and experieince.

I have the following 2 TV Capture Cards Installed:

Hauppuage HVR-1300 DVB-T
Twinhan AD-SP300 (1034) DVB-S

However, when I install Mythbuntu - neither card seems to be available as a device within Linux and/or MythTv.

List of TV Cards: http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Tuner_Card#DVB-S_cards_.28Sattelite_viewing.29

Can anyone advise on what I am doing wrong?

Note: my PC is NOT connected to the internet. Should I install this with the network cable plugged in?

Thnaks,
Bryan

I downloaded the latest DVB-S2 drivers from http://mercurial.intuxication.org/hg/s2-liplianin

Now my Twinhan 1034 shows up within MythTV. Now I just have to configure the Multisitch/DiSEqC as I have 4 LNBs coming into a 17 In 8 Out multiswitch.

Anyone have experience configuring DiSEqC with a multiswitch within MythTV?
