Help installing TinyFugue on Ubuntu (first timer)

I am trying to install TinyFugue mud client and apparently I am more clueless than I thought. I have tried to install it from the package manager and it seems successful but I then can't find the program. Then I tried to install it manually by downloading with no luck at all. So far I am losing this battle...any kind souls out there care to help?

You can install it by opening a terminal (Applications>Accessories>Terminal) and type
sudo apt-get install tf
then to start the program type
tf
