Cairo Dock

I recently got Cairo Dock, and its working great, but whenever i have any window all the way to the bottom (touching the screen edge) then cairo dock wont pop up from auto hide, how do i fix this?

you mean a maximized window ?
try deactivating the corresponding option in the taskbar

No, not only maximized windows, ive already tried toggeling that option. if anything is covering the bottom line of pixels, then the dock wont pop up there. Is there a way to restrict the bottom pixel line to only the dock?

you mean reserve the space for the dock, like the gnome-panel ?
you can find it in the tab "Position" for Cairo-Dock1, and in the Accessibility module for Cairo-Dock2
