something changed when i upgraded to intrepid. there seems to be 2 kinds of authorization dialogs, one just dims screen and asks for your user password, like sudo. these work fine. the other asks you too authenticate as a user you can choose. this is the one i am having problems with, i cannot unlock with any user, such as users, set time, and authorizations(although somewhere in here could be the problem). i have seen this happen before. i am a bit confused about what is gksudo, seahorse, or another utility. /etc/groups seems to be set ok.
