Wireless Networking only works for one user

I have 4 users setup on my PC, and the only user that can connect to the Wireless network is the user who installed Ubuntu. If the user that installed Ubuntu signs on first, then the other three users can access the wireless network. If the user that installed Ubuntu does not sign on, then no other users can access the wireless network.

If one of the other three users try to connect to the wireless network, they are prompted to enter the security information for the network. Once the paraphrase is entered, the screen just comes back again and never logs them on.

Any ideas?
