Hi!

I searched the Hardware (In)Compatibility threads and did not find any mention of this motherboard. There were a couple of threads in which people mentioned it in passing, but not much discussion, so I am asking here in order to avoid making a bad purchase. :)

I am planning to build a system based on this with an AMD quad-core processor. The goal is a rock-solid system that can run a couple of simultaneous virtual XP machines in the background while remaining useful for multimedia viewing. I'll start with 8GB of RAM and around 1TB hard disk storage (2 drives in RAID1 setup) for my files.

Since this will be a fresh install, are there any issues I should be aware of? If there are any "show stoppers" that would prevent me from installing or using it properly, I will not want to buy this board.

Thanks for any advice!

Edit: Never mind, to anyone reading this I'd recommend you NOT get this board. I'm going with a Gigabyte and Intel Quad CPU instead.
