Looking for a good web host

I currently have a webpage on webs.com but I am looking for a new site as a host. I used to use angeltowns.com, but they dropped their free accounts and I paid for it for a year. I'm not able to pay for a host right now, but I've heard that there are some good free sites out there. Does anyone know of some good ones. I want to leave webs.com 'cause they don't offer very much space or bandwidth at all.

I would go to http://www.free-webhosts.com/
It's like a free web host search engine, not only does it give you lists of free web hosts, but they list features, offer ratings, and have user reviews of the hosting sites.

surpasshosting.com is FANTASTIC... been with them for the better part of 4 years now.

I paid 25 bucks, including registration costs and things like that with http://one.com

I got a .be domain and 15gb of space for that money, I can't remember the traffic I can have, but it's alot.

Hosting and domains are really cheap, free hosts just suck.

I have tried my share and they all have high downtimes and limited traffic.
