I have installed eeebuntu base on my eee 900.
Since the wireless on the eee itself is really weak, and I can't get wireless on my room, I want to use my Alfa usb wifi instead, but I can't find any drivers for it.

I have tried the aircrack driver with patch for the kernel, but it turns up with error 2 everytime, and I can not find any other drivers.

Can you please help me?

Eeebuntu 2.0 base (ubuntu 8.10 intrepid ibex)
Linux array kernel 2.6.27
Rtl 8187 chipset

Hi,

It's probably too late to be useful for you, but: It seems like the drivers for this are now in the kernel. I'm using vanilla kernel 2.6.28 and I'm posting this through a wireless connection using an Alfa thingy, w. driver rtl8187.
