Your a little short on information. What type of router is it? What do you mean can't access it? How are you trying to access the router, wired or wireless?

When asking questions, you'll get quicker answers if you add more than:

i cant access 192.168.2.1

1. I figure its a belkin or something like that cause thats the address they use.

2. Is this new router or old?

3. Is it wired or wireless?

4. Was it working before?

5. I would try to reset it to default in case it got changed.

Right-click network manager and do Connection Information.
Where it says Default Route, that's the IP address of your router.
