cross compiling using Kdevelop, how to add configure option

I wrote a win32 program on Kdevelop, and I added one configure option "win32" to my Project Configure Option like this:

And I successfully built the project, what I wanna ask here is How can I move this configure option "win32" to Kdevelop's default or sth like that, so that other win32 project that I create later can use this configure option, and I don't have repeat the same thing over and over again.

Does anyone have an idea of how this can be done?
