I want to be able to connect with Remote Desktop Viewer to another computer with ubuntu but that computer has internal IP address.
How can I resolve this?

you could use vnc.. just go to the terminal and type vncviewer x.x.x.x where x.x.x.x is the internal ip

I think he means he wants to connect to a remote desktop server that's got an internal IP on a remote network.

If this is the case you need to setup port forwarding on the router of the remote network.

That would probably be your best bet. Remember though, the admins may not be happy with you if they find out.

tread softly my friend,

Admins dont like when things are circumvented.
Have you tried talking to the Admin,
would they be open to allowing access for you?
They should be able to restrict based on IP.
If you admins a jack a$$ then you may find it difficult especially if they find out what your doing

Yes, I talked with him but he said that he won't do that for me :/
So is that VPN illegal or something? or the worst that can happen is that I will make him angry? :)

Well, there is no word about this in agreement...
Can administrator found that I am using this?
