Hey, I'm fairly new to using Ubuntu, and installed my loop software, REASON, onto my laptop laptop using Wine. After installation, i opened my application, and the menu bar is rendered incumbent. None of the buttons on the main menu bar at the top work, but the work environment space of the "Sample" song plays correctly. Is their something I'm missing here? Are there any better emulators for .exe applications? It would be a lot more convenient for my sake, to put this on my linux partition than Windows. Please let me know what I should do!
Thanks,
Xander

this guy got 3.0 going. Many people are having problems with 4.0 . Let me know if you get it working. I'm deciding on getting windows 7 or ubuntu. Neither microsoft or propellerhead are giving me the answers I want to hear. I have 3.0 and don't want to buy 4.0 upgrade because I'm broke and don't need it (would be nice). WineHQ has an application database where users try different configurations some have got it working. Most of the info is outdated and some only test the 4.0 demo. Please share if you find an answer.
