I only get up to channel 13

I have the HVR-1600 tuner, with the necessary updated drivers installed but I don't get any channels past 13. When I run the "Scan for Channels" in the setup I get results all the way to channel 62.

Also, I have signed up for a trial service with ScheduleDirect.org so I can have my guide information when I watch TV but whenever I go to the guide everything is listed as "Unknown" and there isn't any data for my channels/programs.

mythtv-setup->General->Second Page --- Make sure that doesn't say us-broadcast.

Make sure you have gone through the entire process of setting up a lineup subscription at the Schedule Direct website. I did the same thing, never had any info. I missed that step.
