Wine

Ive added the deb-src http://wine.sourceforge.net/apt/ source/ line to my synaptic repository and searched for "wine". Multiple files came up. I tried to just mark them all for installation, but when you select some others are unchecked. So then I approved each file one at a time. This doesnt work either. Some of the files state that they need to delete some of the previously installed files to work.

So my questions are: Which files need to be installed? In what order?

you need to add it as a deb not deb-src. And the package you want is just wine.

alright, Ive installed wine and it seems to be working (all the virtual windows files are there). Im trying to install steam (steampowered.org). Ive updated steam but I needed to download the mozilla active x control. It then asks me where my mozilla bin directory is located. Where is this?
