run xwhiite on my wii, but dosen't have gcc and more. Is there any way to download package to a ubuntu x86 machine and get all dependence.

gcc is the c compiler which you will need to install using the command in the terminal
sudo apt-get install build-essential
the program you mention i do not know but if i say sudo apt-get install alsa-source then the depencies are drawn with that package. i almost never compile from source i may add.

i answer on this (old)tread mainly to let others searching read this since i have an idea that or least hope that your OP has found an solution. :)
