Counterstrike (wine) keeps freezes, why? and no sound?

I got this problem that after i've played like 2minutes of counterstrike, the game freezes and i cant do nothin, the only way to get back is to restart the computer manually. and i cant get any sound in counterstrike but the sound in spotify works which i cant understand :S.
please help, I really dont wanna change back to windows again
